Two Locals Busted for Marijuana Plants PDF Print E-mail

Two local men are facing drug dealing charges after pot plants were found on south Highway 5. 

    The Missouri State Highway Patrol and Camden County Sheriff's Department served a search warrant at a home on Missouri State Route 5 south of Camdenton on Tuesday.  At the property, authorities found 24 mature marijuana plants. 

    Officers arrested 36 year old Bryan J. Burns of Camdenton and 41 year old Roy J. Webb of Eldridge on scene.  Burns has been charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, deliver, manufacture or produce. His bond is set at $100,000.  Webb is charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, deliver, manufacture or produce. His bond has been set at $150,000. 

    Both men will appear in court today to face the charges.
