Road Work for the Week of November 2nd to 6th PDF Print E-mail
Written by Michael McSorley

Here's a check of the road work for the week (11/01-11/06).

Asphalt paving continues on the Osage Beach Parkway and the new 54 Expressway. Excavation and drainage work continues in the Broadwater Road, Case Road area.  Work also continues on the new Case Road Bridge over the 54 Expressway. That should be completed in spring of 2011. On Route 5 from two miles south of the Niangua Bridge to Camdenton near Route 7, grading work on the right in and right out at Bear Paw Road is almost complete.  The entire project should be complete and open to traffic this week.  And the widening of Highway 5 for one mile north from Route F continues. Minor delays can be expected.  That project should be complete by the middle of December.

There is no work scheduled this week for Morgan County.

And in Miller County grading and drainage work continues for the 54 Expressway. Delays can be expected as rock is blasted from Business 54 to the Osage River.  This work should be completed by early 2010.
