Here’s a check of the road work for the week (12/7-12/11).

In Miller County, Ameren UE will close the Bagnell Dam to traffic tomorrow and Wednesday for maintenance. The road across the dam will be closed between nine in the morning and two in the afternoon.  Motorists are asked to use alternate routes.

Also in Miller County grading and drainage work continues on the Osage River Bridge at Route 17 in Tuscumbia.

And in Camden County, asphalt paving continues on the new 54 Expressway.  Construction of the new Case Road Bridge continues. And grading at Jeffries Road continues in anticipation of the new overpass bridge in that area.

And on Route 5 north of Route F for one mile, crews continue to widen the lanes and add a new turn lane.  Expect minor delays in the area.  The work should be completed by late spring of 2010.
