An illegal immigrant who has been sent back to Mexico once may be going back again.

Back on October 19th of 2008, Osage Beach Police found a tan Chevy Trailblazer wedged between the two buildings at Seebold Sports on Highway 54.  It was about 2 in the morning and the car was abandoned.  Police found blood on the airbag.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol crime lab analyzed the blood and in April of this year identified 33-year-old Gilberto Hernandez of Lake Ozark.  By April Hernandez had already been involved in another crime and had been deported back to Mexico by the I.N.S.  On Thursday of this week, Osage Beach Police were informed that Hernandez had returned to the lake area and was working in Osage Beach.

The warrant for leaving the scene of an accident was served and Hernandez was arrested. He is in the Camden County Jail being held on a $10,000 bond.
