 The mother of a five month old girl's is jailed after the father of the child is accused of sexual and physical abuse .
Twenty-five year old Samantha Lynn Widman of Brumley has been arrested and charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Miller County Prosecutor Matt Howard's filing says Widman failed to obtain medical care for the five-month old after her ribs were broken. She also endangered the girl and her two year old brother with the conditions of the home and the lack of supervision.
Each charge of child endangerment has a maximum sentence of seven years in prison. |
