Camdenton Man Jailed for Cole County Probation Violation |

 A Camdenton man found walking on the side of Route V is now in the Camden County jail.
The Camden County Sheriff's Department was called about 5:30 Wednesday afternoon for a man walking on the route throwing items from the road ditch onto the road. Deputies found 20-year-old John T. Mason. The Camdenton man had codine and hydrocodone pills in his backpack which he said a friend gave him.
Mason was taken into custody and charged locally with possession of a controlled substance. He also faces a probation violation from Cole County. Total bond is $220,000. |
